1. Shipping Locations

SHAMIOR currently offers shipping across India.

We aim to deliver our fragrances to customers across major cities, towns and serviceable PIN codes throughout the country.

Delivery availability depends on the courier partner's service coverage.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details, wherever available.

• During festive seasons, promotional sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

• Other Cities and Towns: 4–7 business days.

• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days.

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions and other logistical factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping offers or promotional delivery benefits will be communicated on our website or through applicable promotional campaigns.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

SHAMIOR offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and PIN codes.

• COD availability is subject to courier service coverage.

• Customers are requested to provide an accurate and reachable mobile number.

• Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

• Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases, where permitted by law.
  

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp or email, wherever available.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

7. Delivery Delays

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

SHAMIOR will not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier partner may make additional attempts or return the shipment to us, depending on its delivery policy.

9. Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging our fragrances to ensure they reach you safely.

However, if you receive a damaged, broken or leaking product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

• Your order ID.

• Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

• An unboxing video, if available.

Our team will review the complaint and assist with an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes once they have been opened, used, sprayed or unsealed.

Returns may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged or leaking perfume bottle.

• You received an incorrect product.

• Your order arrived with missing items.

• The product received is defective or significantly different from what was advertised.

Unopened, unused and sealed products may be considered for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and inspection by our team.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order ID.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

• An unboxing video, if available.

• A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used perfumes.

• Perfumes with broken seals or tampered packaging.

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

• Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.

• Products returned due to personal fragrance preferences or a change of mind after opening.

These exclusions do not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered for eligible orders after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

Once your refund is approved:

• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method wherever possible.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through a suitable bank transfer or UPI method.

• Refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

• The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
  

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered for eligible products in cases of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items.

All exchanges are subject to product availability and verification by our team.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please contact us for assistance.
